WATER SOFTENERS
Designed for use with hard water, The Waterboy Water Softeners are manufactured with glass fibre resin vessels and have incorporated the erie control valve automatic regeneration system.
The vessels are packed with water softening resin and as the resin beads become exhausted, the erie control valve automatically kicks in and flushes the chamber with salt water that is stored in a brine tank, this regenerates the resin beads, keeping the water softer at it's peak.
The Waterboy recommends the use of a water softener on farms with hard borehole water, as well as in factories and ahead of RO unit's where the supply water is hard, thus prolonging the life of the membrane.
The control valve uses a 220volt electrical supply and therefore can be connected to most electrical feeds with this voltage. The water vessels can handle up to 6 bars of water-pressure, making this unit extremely robust and durable.
